"What's the Project?":
I am beyond stoked to announce a new partnership and venture! I will be partnering with Funkadelic Studios with our new project “Studio 10 Takeover”.
In which we will be bringing in Artists/Designers on a rotating six week basis (a new designer every 6wks) to come in and redesign the studio and create an immersive installation for artists and musicians to create, record, rehearse, capture, video, photograph in.

Meet the Current Artist:
Mikki Ma'at
MIKKI MA'AT is an artist, musician and NYC native. She transforms spaces into little worlds. With an instinct for mood and movement, Mikki designs interiors that don’t just tell a story—they feel alive. Her style fuses evocative color palettes with bold, modern décor, influenced by the golden era of the 1960s. While her work celebrates retro charm, Mikki’s eye for detail ensures each space remains inspired and timeless.

Regular Rehearsal Bookings
Book the Studio anytime between 11a-11p 7 days a week.
$55/hr before 6p (11a-6p)
65/hr after 6p (6p-11p)
(Solo Rates Available too!)
Come in, use, and Experience the Space!
Rehearse by yourself or with a band, shoot/record a podcast, do a photoshoot, stream a DJ set, Bring in your own Videographer/Photographer to shoot some cool content, or just use the space however you see fit!
Visual and Audio Recording Bookings
Video Services and Packages:
Regular Hours for Recording are 11a-6p M-F and Sunday 5p-11p with special requests available
Basic Packages:

4hr Video / Live Performance Shoot (no editing, just raw footage and stems): $500
- 1-3 Camera Shoot
- Shot in 1080p (4k options available upon request with addtional fee)

3 Song Live Performance Video (4hr shoot but fully edited and mixed/mastered): $1000
- 1 “Post Production Edit” for both Audio and Visual (mix, master, video edit). Simple Edits
- 1-3 Camera Shoot
- Shot in 1080p (4k options available upon request with addtional fee)
- 1 Song Live Performance Video (Same as the 3 Song Package, but for just 1 song. 3hr Shoot): $500

Social Media Package (2hr Video AND Photo Shoot; no edits): $250
- iPhone 16pro AND DSLR Camera photos and videos
- Photo Edits: Additional $50
- Audio Engineer/Recording available upon request with additional fee
Custom Project Pricing: Available upon request
Videography Rates: $50/hr (2hr Minimum)
- 1 Camera with No Edits (raw footage at either 1080p or 4k)
- Additional Cams and Gimble Options Available for Additional Cost
Photography Rates: $50/hr (2hr Minimum)
- With Edits: Additional $100
Audio Recording Bookings
Recording Services Provided by Funkadelic Studios
Vocal sessions: 2-hour minimum
Instrumental sessions: 3-hour minimum
Rates: $80–$100/hour (depending on the project)
Production services: $100–$125/hour
Project pricing: Available upon request
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session; full payment is required for bookings made within 5 days of the session.
We have a 5-day cancellation policy.
