The Impactfulness of Simplicity “[T]he strongest, loudest sound you can get from a piano is playing two notes, a low C and a middle E” - Amanda Palmer

Sometimes less is more. Or at least more impactful.

A piano has 88 keys and you have 10 fingers. Yet the loudest sound you can make only takes 2 fingers on 2 keys, and you playing the shit out of them with all of you heart.

Just because you can make it complex, difficult, extravagant, gaudy, flashy, hard doesn’t mean you have to.

Sometimes the most impactful, strongest, loudest action is also the simplest.

And that’s okay. Let it be.

In the US we’re raised with the idea of “The American Dream” in which if you work hard enough  and the American Dream. That in order

Sometimes less is more.
